Visiting rules

Pushchairs / buggies are not permitted for safety reasons.
Body-hugging carrying systems for small children such as baby carriers and slings are permitted, but the child must be carried at the front.

No access for dogs (Exception: assistance dogs / certified guide dogs)

Wheelchairs, walking frames and other walking aids can of course be used. The entire exhibition and the hall are barrier-free.

No liability is accepted for lost, stolen or deposited items such as coats, umbrellas or pushchairs.

Lockers are available on site (cost: CHF 2.- / locker size: 45 cm high x 35 cm wide x 50 cm deep).

The entire exhibition and the hall are accessible for people with limited mobility.

The event hall has a wheelchair-accessible lift to the car park and a wheelchair-accessible WC.

Photography is permitted, but must be authorised by the exhibitor.

The exhibitors are responsible for granting permission to film and photograph exhibition stands and works of art. Please discuss the type and purpose of your recordings with the stand operators!
As works of art are exhibited at the fair that are subject to various copyrights, photography may be prohibited in individual cases. Please also observe the general personal rights.

The general rules for public events apply to filming and photography at the trade fair. Permission is granted by the organiser until revoked.

To be authorised to bring film and photographic equipment, you must register here with a description of your activity: Accreditation

Beware of pickpockets! Please take care of your valuables, cameras, phones, etc.
For your safety, our staff may carry out bag checks.

The instructions of staff or security personnel must be followed without restriction. In the event of non-compliance, the organiser reserves the right to expel the guest(s) from the premises. There is no entitlement to a refund of admission tickets.

We strongly advise against buying tickets via "Viagogo" and similar grey market portals on the internet.

These are sold by middlemen at highly inflated prices. In addition, they are often not valid at the entrance!
Tickets for our events are only available via Ticketcorner and at the box office on site.
