REPORT 2022:
When the 24th ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH closed its doors, it was the end of another successful season. The art fair in October was once again very well attended and many exhibitors were able to do good business.
Continuity pays off, because even in the Corona years, ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH had managed to keep the number of visitors more or less constant - even if some cuts had to be made during this period.
In 2022, however, there was no trace of restraint. Shortly after the opening, collectors and art lovers crowded the corridors of the Zurich Kongresshaus. A wide range of exclusive art objects awaited them. International galleries and artists presented works ranging from small to large format.
Once again, the traditional ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH proved very popular with local and national art lovers. The fair was always well attended throughout its duration. Even the beautiful weather could not dampen the interest of the visitors. Exhibitors made good sales, strengthened their contacts with collectors and curators, and made new ones. Living with art, and the importance of art even in times of crisis, was a major theme in the on-site discussions about works of art.

ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH is an art market, a great exhibition and a platform for trade and communication all in one. Since its foundation in 1999 as an art fair focusing on personal contact, ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH has developed into one of the most important Swiss marketplaces for new and contemporary art.
The fascination of ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH resides mainly in the diversity of the exhibits - ranging from classical forms of expression such as painting and sculpture to multimedia, photography and installations. Performance and Installation
Multimedia artist Jean-François Réveillard (JfR) is convinced that haute couture as an island in turbulent times can contribute to a new way of seeing and understanding the course of the world.
After his philosophical-existentialist performance series (2015-2021), the video art avant-gardist shows himself in top form and presents his new cross-media installation "Fashion Landscape" at Art International Zurich 2022.
He uses not only video clips, but also fabrics and 3D printing in a form that brings together fashion and nature in a reflection on consumption and new media.
