ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH - Contemporary Art Fair

  Advantages

A trade and public fair.

ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH is a well-established trade and public fair that connects galleries, artists, and dealers with Swiss private collectors, corporate clients, and public institutions. The fair is held in a sophisticated and professional setting, and the exhibition stands are well-designed. This creates an environment in which meaningful one-to-one conversations can be facilitated.

  • With a limited number of stands, visitor attention is assured.
  • All sales are handled directly by exhibitors; the organiser does not take any commission.
  • Clear, transparent terms and conditions are provided.
  • Each booth is move-in ready.
  • Complete stand construction with LED spotlights and signage.
  • Entry in the event catalogue and online exhibitor presentations.
  • Exhibitor badges, printed and digital VIP invitations.

Following registration, each exhibitor will receive a comprehensive trade fair handbook. This will provide detailed information on a range of topics, including setup, technical specifications, opening hours, shipment, arrival and departure procedures, on-site contacts, and other logistical details. The handbook will ensure a smooth presentation.

  About

About the Exhibition

Since 1999, ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH has been presenting a broad spectrum of modern and contemporary art in a stylish, centrally located venue, combining exhibition, market and forum to connect gallery owners, collectors, dealers, curators, artists and an engaged public.

The fair showcases works from a variety of disciplines, including painting, works on paper, sculpture, photography and digital/virtual media. The programme is curated to encourage discovery, with a focus on both established names and emerging talent.
ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH is a professional and public event that fosters direct contact, negotiation and sales in a focused atmosphere. Exhibitors are responsible for their own transactions and benefit from transparent terms and clearly defined logistics. Booths are supplied ready for immediate occupation.
The fair emphasises personal encounters and high-quality presentations, providing an effective networking platform for regional and international connections. It enables galleries, artists and dealers to connect with Swiss private collectors, corporate clients and institutional buyers in an environment conducive to building long-term relationships.

  Zurich

City of art and culture

Zurich combines strong economic power with a diverse, internationally oriented cultural life, making it a key hub for commerce and the arts. As Switzerland's financial and business centre, the city hosts leading banks, insurers, tech companies and creative industries, producing significant purchasing power and a network of professional services.

The cultural landscape is both dense and varied, with major museums and contemporary institutions sitting alongside independent galleries, artist-run spaces, theatres, concert venues and a busy festival calendar covering film, music, literature and visual arts. Historical collections and experimental practices are held in equal esteem.
Economy and culture are inextricably linked; a deep cultural offering, in turn, enhances the city's appeal for business travel, conferences and talent. The city's efficient infrastructure, including excellent transport links, high-quality hotels and a compact urban layout, facilitates networking and events. Zurich offers a market that values provenance and quality, robust logistical and advisory services, and a strategic European base for building long-term relationships with collectors, curators and cultural partners.

  Warning

Beware of dubious offers

Unfortunately, as with all trade shows, our exhibitors and customers are sometimes contacted by companies or organisations falsely claiming to be working with us or on our behalf, sending subscription offers or even fake invoices.

For example, there is a constant flow of emails from so-called list providers claiming to have access to our visitors' addresses and allegedly wanting to sell them. And then there are companies that publish so-called trade show listings. Such publication is usually associated with high costs, which are usually hidden in the small print.

We would like to point out that these companies and organisations do not have access to our data! These organisations generally obtain their data from publicly available sources.

More information and links to help pages can be found on our topics page.
