Visiting rules

Rules for a comfortable and safe visit to the fair

To ensure your safety and comfort, please observe the following instructions:

Please note that backpacks are strictly forbidden!

Backpacks of any type and size are prohibited. All double strap bags that can be carried on the back are considered backpacks (rucksacks). Please understand that we cannot make any exceptions.

In order to prevent damage to exhibits through careless handling, all bags (larger than DIN A3, approx. 30 x 40 cm), suitcases, backpacks and transport containers of all kinds, other bulky items, umbrellas and coats must be deposited in the cloakroom before entering the exhibition hall.

Backpack ban!

We provide a cloakroom for a fee.

  • Pushchairs/buggies are not permitted for safety reasons. Body-hugging baby carriers, such as baby slings and wrap-arounds, are permitted, but the child must be carried in front.
  • Wheelchairs, walkers and other mobility aids are of course permitted.
  • No dogs allowed (exception: assistance dogs / certified guide dogs)
  • No liability is accepted for lost, stolen or deposited items such as coats, umbrellas or pushchairs.

Safety and protection

Photography is permitted but must be authorised by the exhibitors.

Beware of pickpockets! Please take care of your valuables, cameras, phones, etc.
For your safety, our staff may check bags.

Instructions given by staff or security personnel must be followed at all times. In the event of non-compliance, the organiser reserves the right to expel the guest(s) from the venue. Tickets will not be refunded.

Access is not permitted with:

Backpacks are forbidden! BACKPACKS OF ANY KIND AND SIZE (*)
Large bags are forbidden Bags larger than 30x40cm - only 1 bag per person
Large shoulder bags are forbidden Large shoulder bags,
bike bags
Suitcases are forbidden Suitcases,
Trolleys
etc.
Strollers, buggies are forbidden Strollers, buggies, joggers and similar vehicles
Umbrellas are forbiddenn Umbrellas, Selfiesticks, sport items
Skates etc. are forbidden Roller skates, skateboards, scooters etc.
Dogs are forbidden Dogs and other animals are not allowed (**)
No smoking No smoking or vaping in the event hall

We provide a cloakroom for a fee.

(*) Backpacks of all types and sizes = Bags that can be carried with straps on the back, such as backpacks, satchels, daypacks, mini backpacks, sports bags, gym bags, bags with double straps, etc.

(**) Assistance dogs (guide dogs / certified service animals) have access

Take care when buying tickets!

We strongly advise against buying tickets via "Viagogo" and similar grey market portals on the internet.

These are sold by middlemen at highly inflated prices. In addition, they are often not valid at the entrance!
Tickets for our events are only available via Ticketcorner and at the box office on site.

Fight the gray ticketing market! Only Ticketcorner.ch is selling official presale tickets.
