ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH offers contemporary arts from all the periods and styles in the centre of the city. The fair takes place in a very preferred location: The Kongresshaus Zurich is located between Bahnhofstrasse, Paradeplatz and lake of Zurich, near the most important galleries and museums. The 11th art fair in 2009 will introduce current items of contemporary art. International and national exhibitors will transform the Kongresshaus Zurich into an art palace.
Thanks to a combination of internationalism, quality and diversity and to the location in the heart of the city, this art fair became in the past years an absolute crowd-pleaser. Many visitors write this art fair in their agenda as a regular date, for it provides a large space for personal exchanges and contacts. The fair aims to promote communication, sales and contact between the exhibitors and the business, media, collectors and the public. Contemporary and avant-garde art is traded at a wide range of price level. The main benefits for people attending the event are new contacts with artists and galleries with their personal attendance.
A prestigious high-classed place inmid the banking and gallery district directly at the lake of Zurich. The fact that the previous art fairs have been successful was due, among other things, to the mainly well-informed visitors, the friendly, close atmosphere, the great diversity of styles, the sophisticated level of the exhibited works and the internationality of the event.
Zurich has become an important centre for art. Art is becoming very popular among ordinary people these days, because there is a new importance to "buy art" as a part of their lifestyles. The more volatile the financial market, the more interesting a good investment in fine art. A good value investment is an investment in works from innovating artists with clear value structures - old art, classical modern or new art forms.

South Korean young contemporary artists will be present for its 7th time at ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH (Minjoo Lee and Samsim Galleries, Seoul). In ART INTERNATIONAL ZURICH, the Gallery Samsin Art presents 8 artists, who show in their meditative works the dynamism of Korea and the secret power of national mysteries, putting together various generations of Korean artists, with modern or traditional techniques. This gallery promotes artist groups and young artists.

Forum Sculpture in 2009 shows a selection of sculptors with always new discovery including Helen and Asnat (artist group from Israel), Raffi Tokatlian (Lebanon), Jacqueline Urbach (Zurich), Housi Knecht (Bern), Jürgen Trösch (Germany), Volker Kiehn (Germany).
